Hey y’all! Some time a couple weeks ago I talked to Landon @pumpcases and he asked if I would like to try out some of the different cases he has from their brand. I just received them the other day and I would just like to say I LOVE them! The three I chose to get were the “Teal Heather Insulated Insulin Pump Case”, the “Neoprene Insulin Pump Case with Waist Belt Strap” in the color blue, and the “2016 Lingerie-quality White Stretch Lace Garter for Insulin Pen or Pump”. I have an Animas One Touch Ping insulin pump, and all three of these cases fit it perfectly. I had previously used a case from Animas to protect my pump, but I never really liked it. In fact, I actually stopped using it a couple of months ago. It was rubbery in texture and often stuck to my clothes and it just got on my nerves too much. What I really like about these pump cases is the material that was used to make them. It’s not bulky or sticky, and the colors are super cute and go well with my outfits. My personal favorite is the insulated teal one because it is perfect for everyday use and is actually super cute, something I never thought I would say about a pump case. I tried the case with the waist band when I went to the gym and it was perfect. Typically when I run on the treadmill my pump will move up and down with me as I run and bump against my stomach and hips, but with this case it stayed put the whole time and I didn’t have to adjust it once! At prom, and any other time I wear a dress, I ALWAYS have to wear spandex to hold my pump underneath and sometimes it’s quite noticeable. What is so great about the lace garter case is that I no longer have to have lines from my spandex showing through my dress and my pump is securely out of sight and there is no need for me to worry about it because it stays put perfectly. If I’m being honest, I was particularly nervous for how this one would work for me because I like to have my pump really secure on me especially when I wear dresses, but it was awesome and stayed perfectly on my leg. All I have to say is that I love these pump cases and I will for sure use them on an everyday basis. I will definitely be getting some more. You all should really go check them out @pumpcases !!!
